(CHEM 322) Examines theory, practice, and instrumentation in gas and liquid chromatography, extraction techniques, mass spectrometry as coupled to chromatography, electrophoresis, and separations based on phase equilibria. Prerequisite: Credit or concurrent registration in CHEM 440 or 442.
