Christian art of the Roman Empire, the art of early Medieval Europe (including England and Ireland), and of the Eastern Mediterranean from the third to the eighth centuries. 3 undergraduate hours. 3 or 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: Junior standing or consent of instructor. Same as MDVL 421.
