Christian art of the Roman Empire, the art of early Medieval Europe (including England and Ireland), and of the Eastern Mediterranean from the third to the eighth centuries. Same as MDVL 421. 3 undergraduate hours. 3 or 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: Junior standing or consent of instructor.
