Molecular basis of normal immune responses to infectious agents and cancer. Structural and biochemical understanding of key immune molecules. In addition to basic immune system components (such as B and T cells), topics will include autoimmune diseases, allergic responses, and immunotherapeutics. Prerequisite: MCB 252 and MCB 354, or consent of instructor.
