ANSC 592 SG Statistical Genomics. The goal of ANSC 592 section SG is to provide the skills necessary to analyze data from DNA microarray and quantitiative trait loci studies in livestock, plants, laboratory animals and humans. Lectures and hands on activities using real data and annotated statistical software code will ocver the key aspects of the analysis.
