Introduction to basic dance technique and stylistic work in the jazz idiom. For non-dance majors. May be repeated to a maximum of 4 hours.

Students with previous jazz dance experience should enroll in DANC 106. For non-dance majors, student costs for supplies and concert tickets are approx. $30. Written assignments and concert attendance is required.
