Film Theory and Criticism
Credit: 3 or 4 hours.
Study of major aesthetic and critical theories about film; study of theory and practice of film criticism. 3 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: One cinema studies course at the 200 or 300 level and one college course in literature, or consent of instructor.
