Regulation of Metabolism
Credit: 4 hours.
Biochemical aspects of nutrition with emphasis on the function, regulation, and metabolism of macronutrients in higher animals, including humans. Same as ANSC 521, and FSHN 511. Prerequisite: MCB 350 or MCB 452 and an upper division course in nutrition.
