Provides for an introduction to the context, process(es), and product of classroom language acquisition; emphasis is placed upon research, research findings, and implications of research. Same as EIL 580, FR 580, GER 580, ITAL 580, PORT 580, and SLS 580. Prerequisite: HUMAN 471 or equivalent, or consent of instructor.
