Environ Policy & Politics
Environmental Politics and Policy. This course examines the political, economic, ecological, and cultural trade-offs between the use and the preservation of the environment, with particular emphasis on the preservation of land and water resources in national parks, forests and other reserved lands. We will also discuss environmental regulatory regimes such as the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, and problems such as global warming.
